Our Electrical Service Manager is responsible for managing daily field operations, employee training and retention, vendor relationships, and ensuring that technicians provide outstanding service to our customers.

What Will I Do?

• Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
• Drive Electrical department sales through training and development of field technicians
• Maintain operational excellence through invoice completion, inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
• Coach technicians on how to increase average ticket, closing rate and monthly truck revenue 
• Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
• Promote lead generation
• Monitor and control callbacks and warranties
• Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction

Do I Have What it Takes?

• Must maintain an Electrical Contractors License
• High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge of electrical systems and generators
• Background with RFIs, cost estimates (plan/spec and design/build), negotiating, material take-offs, and reading blueprints required
• Extensive knowledge in local codes and industry standards
• Ability to lay out branch circuiting; to read/understand contract documents, drawings and specifications
• Understanding of general electrical design and engineering concepts, along with a solid grasp of electrical material costs 
• Excellent leadership skills and a team-oriented mindset to enhance productivity and work quality 
• Ability to build business in both the private and public sectors
• Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
• Strong ability to prioritize, set goals, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
