Lead the Charge in Climate Control – HVAC Service Manager Wanted! Come join our growing team comprised of creative and energetic employees, who are dedicated to delivering the best customer service experience every day.  Our HVAC Service Manager is tasked with managing daily field operations, employee training, safety, vendor relationships and ensuring the technicians are providing outstanding service to our customers.

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure efficient department operations (scheduling, document management, reporting, meetings, correspondence and data entry)
  • Provide on-going field training for new and existing department technicians
  • Develop a culture of performance excellence to encourage employment growth
  • Drive the HVAC department sales through training and development of the field technicians
  • Maintain operational excellence through inventory control, safety awareness, and accurate reporting
  • Provide a constant flow of product and sales training
  • Promote lead generation
  • Monitor and control call backs and warranties
  • Handle all escalated customer concerns by demonstrating 100% customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Do I have What it Takes?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
  • Maintain an active HVAC Journeyman's license
  • An in-depth knowledge of HVAC systems
  • Excellent leadership skills and team mentality to enhance team productivity and standards of work produced
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to build business in the private sector, as well as the public sector
  • Experience and knowledge of HVAC and Process systems for residential and commercial dwellings
  • Have an understanding of general HVAC design with have an overall general knowledge of HVAC material costs
  • Positive energy and enthusiasm to drive sales and company growth
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and manage multiple tasks, handle deadlines
