Job Description:

Our BDR's work in the field at our partner retail locations, greeting and engaging with customers face-to-face while generating interest in scheduling service appointments for residential furnace and air-conditioning maintenance & replacement. We’re looking for motivated, sales driven & career-minded people to join our field team! Energetic, outgoing, tenacious people who enjoy working with the public and have a little competitive spirit tend to be very successful in this position!

Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

  • Autonomous work in the field at one of our partner retail locations (Ability to work independently required)
  • Greet customers in the store, encouraging them to stop and learn about the company’s products and services
  • Engage customers in conversation and connect them with our in-house call center to schedule an appointment
  • Build relationships with customers who may be interested in reaching back out at a later date for themselves, friends, or family members 
  • Attend weekly or monthly meetings and trainings
  • Represent the company professionally, honestly, and ethically

Qualifications

Do I Have What it Takes?

  • Reliable transportation and a smart phone (Bring your own device stipend offered)
  • Weekend availability required
  • Strong work ethic to perform independently with minimal supervision
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Bilingual speaking is a plus (but not required)
